Buck Mountain Wash is an officially classified H3-5 ordinary chondrite recovered on January 28, 2004 in Mohave County, Arizona (34°43.472'N, 114°12.53'W). The total known mass is 798g in a single stone.
This specimen is a polished slice weighing 30.8 grams, measuring 65 × 42 × 5 mm. The cut face reveals a fine-grained, unequilibrated chondritic matrix with abundant bright metal flakes — characteristic of the H3-5 type 3 lithology. Provenance: ex. Jensen collection.
