All Sales Final (Natural Specimens & Collectibles)
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our items—including meteorites, fossils, mineral specimens, precious metals, and mining relics—all sales are final.
Each item is individually photographed and described as accurately as possible. The item you receive is the exact piece shown in the listing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and, if confirmed, work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or refund.
Shipping & Insurance
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. Shipping carriers may include limited coverage.
For higher-value items, we strongly recommend selecting additional shipping insurance at checkout. Claims for loss or damage in transit may require carrier documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect assumptions about size (please review measurements carefully)
- Natural variations in specimens
- Minor imperfections consistent with natural or vintage items
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an item has shipped, the sale is considered final.
